Hi, I’m Victoria Broderick.

As a wife, a mother, working class woman and a concerned citizen; I’m running to better represent the Tennesseean people.

In 2019, my Husband and I moved back to Fayetteville, Tennessee because we both love Tennessee and wanted our children to grow up here. With that, I knew I needed to be involved in making Tennessee better for all of us. So I figured what better way to create change was to be apart of it. So I got involved in local and state politics.

In 2021, our family faced a birth control fail. Over the course of two months, we’d face a pregnancy, a miscarriage and another pregnancy, that resulted in our beautiful second child! I had an IUD fail. Something I never really considered that could happen and here our family was. We had to face the surprise of a birth control fail and the risk of what could happen if the pregnancy continued. Unfortunately, within a week it was confirmed I was miscarrying and would be monitored to confirm I wouldn’t need intervention, an abortion. Weeks later I was back in the office, with another confirmed pregnancy, when it shouldn’t have happened. We ran test to confirm everything was okay, considering this wasn’t supposed to happen. We had a few hurdles but nine months later we welcome our sweet little one.

Then in 2022, almost a year after my IUD fail and miscarriage, Roe v Wade was overturned and I realized, I had to do more. The choices I had had just one year prior would no longer be in my hands or my family’s hands to make. This meant someone else could have the same thing happen and not be able to get the care they needed when the big “if” became real. I couldn’t just push for change in one way, I had to take my chance and use my voice for all those who couldn’t. I stepped into our County Chair role, began advocating on TikTok and pushing for better representation for Tennessee and people everywhere.

Fast forward to 2024, I had thought about a run for office, considered all it could mean and decided the time was now! I believe in Tennessee, in our democracy, we need equal and equitable representation. Help me get to D.C. so we can have better representation for our great state!

A bit of my work history

For the last three years, I have worked in the Tech Industry, supporting a variety of products as a Support Professional.

Prior to this I worked in Logistics both domestically and internationally. Through out my career, I have had years to become a better Customer Service rep and hearing what my customers have to say. The core of my job is helping hear, voice and represent customers. In Congress, I plan to do just that, represent YOU!
